Files Recieved

Here's an explanation of the common file formats (.png, .psd, .pdf, .jpeg) that customers will receive at the time of final payment, as well as the terms for revisions:

File Formats:

  • PNG (Portable Network Graphics): PNG files are widely used for web graphics and digital applications. They offer high-quality, lossless compression, making them suitable for displaying images on websites, social media platforms, and digital presentations. PNG files support transparency, allowing the graphics to blend seamlessly into different backgrounds.

  • PSD (Photoshop Document): PSD files are native to Adobe Photoshop and are typically provided to clients for design projects. They contain multiple layers, allowing for easy editing and customization. PSD files retain all design elements, including text, images, and effects, enabling clients or other designers to make future modifications if needed.

  • PDF (Portable Document Format): PDF files are versatile and widely compatible across different devices and operating systems. They are commonly used for sharing print-ready designs as they preserve the layout and formatting, ensuring consistent visuals and typography. PDF files are ideal for professional printing purposes, such as creating brochures, business cards, or posters.

  • JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group): JPEG files are widely used for online display and digital media. They provide efficient compression while maintaining good image quality, making them suitable for web graphics, social media posts, and email marketing. JPEG files do not support transparency and are typically used for displaying photographs or complex images that don't require transparency.

Revisions

Revisions Policy:

We understand the importance of client satisfaction, and that's why we offer up to three revisions free of charge. During the design process, you'll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request changes to ensure the final design meets your expectations. Revisions may include adjustments to colors, typography, layout, or minor modifications to the overall design.

For additional revisions beyond the initial three, we charge a nominal service fee of $20 per revision. This fee covers the time and effort required for further modifications. We strive to be transparent and ensure that you are fully satisfied with the final design.

Please note that extensive changes that significantly alter the original design concept may be considered beyond the scope of revisions and may require a separate discussion regarding additional fees.

Our aim is to collaborate with you to create a design that truly represents your vision. We value open communication and are committed to working closely with you to achieve the desired outcome while maintaining the highest quality standards.
